Coming Back To Your Authentic Self Through Poetry

July 23, 2022 | 10am, 1pm, 3:30pm

Strathcona Park (857 Malkin Ave )

How do we write ourselves back into feeling? How do we use poetry as resurrection? How do we dig and dig and write until all we feel is the truth? In this workshop, we come back to ourselves and our truth through the unique process of poetry, play and performance. Participants will learn poetry as a mode of healing and relearning their authentic selves, sounds and similes.
